  • Find new ways to generate funds without overtaxing small businesses

  • Create a path for local businesses to hire more people

  • Simplify the business registration process

  • Link the University of the Virgin Islands and Economic Development Authority (EDA) to generate more business start ups

  • Increase immigration assistance to help immigrants start businesses

Push the Development and Strengthening of the Agriculture Infrastructure

  • Offer classes to farmers to increase food production and farming efficiency

  • Work with Agriculture and Education to correct the Farm to School program

  • Increase the Department of Agriculture's Annual Budget

  • Create a partnership with Bureau of Corrections and Agriculture to provide labor and training
